I have recently sold a property through New Oak Estates, and found it to be a very positive experience from the get go. Paul was very pleasant, and realistic about what to market my property at, and discussed the best strategy to sell. The pictures were great and very thorough. Sharon kept me up to date with the process and was always lovely on the phone, and she regularly made contact with both myself and the buyer. I would very much recommend New Oak Estates to those house hunting and selling, and if i move house again I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again

New Oak Estates were very thorough and conscientious when selling my home. Paul did the valuation and explained why he thought that was the ideal price and also showed me similar properties that had recently sold in the area. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. The house sold within a week. Sharon in the office was so efficient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend New Oak Estates to anyone and would definitely use them again.

New Oak Estates firstly acted as agent when I became a landlord, finding tenants, acting on my behalf to resolve any issues.
The company have then enabled me to sell the property in a matter of weeks and are helping me negotiate with another Estate Agent in order to buy another property.
All communications are full , friendly, timely and the company has been easy to work with making my rental then sale and purchase relatively stress-free.
It is a small company who treat you as an individual and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Staff member Sharon Lane has been an excellent negotiator with my sale and always acts with my best interests at heart in a friendly professional manner

The probability as you are reading this review is you are either, selling, buying, renting, or letting a property and unsure as we were as to what to do putting your house on the market and more importantly which estate agent to put your trust with. We decided to get three quotes for selling our properties, we obtained quotes with two of the larger well known high street Estate Agents, and then opted for a local estate agent as we felt the latter would have a more in-depth knowledge of the area.
We decided to go with New Oak Estates, and from the initially meeting, Paul and Sharon were so professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly as we were selling two properties in different areas so willing to go the extra mile, our sales were complex and difficult with two chains to manage Sharon was absolutely amazing and a credit to New Oak Estates, a remarkable individual very amicable, approachable, so easy to talk to.
We were updated weekly throughout the process and any questions answered in a timely manner, we received guidance, help and assistance throughout which for us being pensioners and selling a property was daunting , we can never thank Paul and Sharon enough for completing our sales and would highly recommend New Oak Estates to anyone wishing to use their services. Thank you

I spoke to a lady enquiring about property asking her few details and requesting her if she can pass my message on to a landlord. Her reply was “I AM NOT GONNA WASTE MY TIME” I just don’t understand How can someone who works for customer service can be so rude and mean when people are just trying to engage with the property management department…. Please change your staff as this is not the way to speak to anyone be professional.
