The Valuation from Newmans on one of our properties was considerably low. Property two which was sold through Newmans, albeit via part-exchange with a Developer, went reasonably well. Although despite specifically advising Jordan Blacow, Coventry Branch that we did not want a 'For Sale' sign erected, once the house was actually sold by Newmans, then Newmans erected a for sale sign, which did not make sense! After several attempts it was eventually removed. The service from Jordan regarding this particular issue was poor. An email simply addressed to 'Hi' came across as unprofessional.
