Not sure if they are still trading. They managed a flat for me, never paid the rent on time. Eventually I discovered they had an agreement where another agent was letting the flat and giving Nextmove a rake off. He still charged me. He never did pay the last money he owed me even after I had taken him to court.... Read more

If you are able to get an answer from this company you are doing well, they have no respect for their tenants particularly if they are elderly. How can they leave a lady in her eighties without adequate heating and hot water.... Read more

This company have been managing my property for 2 years. I have no complaints regarding the tenant that they found as they are good and pay on time each month. However this agency do not pay me on time. I am constantly having to contact them to ask when I will be paid my rent. They never answer or return calls and I have even driven to the shop on a Saturday morning to speak to someone and they have been closed, when they should be open. Asaf, the "accountant" is never there and the poor lady who answers the phone/email is constantly having to remind him to pay rent. I have given this agency 2 months notice (which is what they require) to terminate our agreement. If you are wanting them to manage your property I would suggest giving this agency a very wide berth!... Read more

Leaving 1 star as it will not allow me to post with a zero rating! Not a good experience with this agent. Rang to book a viewing, which was subsequently cancelled at fairly short notice, but with a promise to ring me later in the day to re-arrange. No call came, so I rang again the following day and a new appointment was made. I heard nothing from Next Move (I am currently dealing with many in the Hull area and they are the only ones who have not text, e-mailed or called to re-confirm an appointment). Arrived on foot at the property and called a few minutes after the original appointment time to check the viewing was still going ahead. I was assured it was. Twenty minutes later, I rang again and asked if the viewing was definitely going ahead as we were still waiting and cold. Over half an hour after the original time, the person arrived to show us around, didn't seem very apologetic. However, we liked the property and expressed an interest. The agent said he would contact the owner and ring the next day. One week later and I am still waiting. No contact whatsoever from Next Move, despite a couple of e-mails sent. On principal, I am not telephoning them myself again. Very poor service, though the lady I spoke to in the office was very pleasant. Not recommended to anyone and I am not impressed.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
