I’m positive that some of these reviews must be fake as nothing but trouble. Longest 10 month contract in my life, spent 6 months with a leak above my bed which caused damp and mould and waking up to a dripping face which was never fixed. Staff never last long as they realise how terrible the place is to work for. I was told that I was a liar on several occasions and told that I was being dramatic about the leak. Environmental health deemed the property uninhabitable and yet next move continued to tell me that I was making it up. The only ever sent people round to “get a quote” not carry out work. They wouldn’t say when these people would be arriving and had strange men walk into my bedroom on several occasions when I was asleep. The landlord left his car in the drive we were renting and refused to move it, it was then towed by the dvla as it was an abandoned vehicle. We were constantly chased and asked to pay late fees even tho we always paid on time. We had a gas safety check almost a month after living there. Complete shambles from start to finish, best day of my life when I left. The damp and mould caused several health implications which have recovered since. Avoid at all costs.... Read more

The service was remarkable! I have rented student properties from these guys for the past 3 years during the course of my degree and I believe it is only right to give credit where credit is due. And as far as letting agencies go in Swansea, Next Move is the BEST move! After dealing with agencies tirelessly and endlessly during my first year, we really struggled and were deflated with failed attempts and awful service, until we found Next Move. Their negotiators were wonderful, helpful & polite always. They made everything stressless and peaceful. My friends & I cannot thank them enough!... Read more

Hopeless sevice by the team. All they are interested in is money after taking the administration fees from me, i kept calling the lady concerned in office and she would not reply. I had to arrange all papers on my own. Hopeless service. I would sincerely advice not to go with this letting agency. Unprofessional and rude behaviour.... Read more
