What an awful experience! Months of being lied to, having to chase my own rent payments (for months) and failing on all counts when it came to checking the property. These guys just take your money and do nothing. I had to chase for my rent up to 5 months before they sent it. In the beginning they docked it by hundreds, saying they had maintenance to do but could show no proof of works being done. They lied saying Sharon was ill so couldn’t send my rents but I looked her up on Facebook and she was living it up in Dubai. I’ve emailed a million times with no response. Called and no answer. Awful…

Really awful letting agent not registered with any of the regulators or professional bodies for letting agents. They were slow, unresponsive, dishonest, disorganised and very poor at managing rent and maintenance issues. Landlords and tenants should avoid like the plague

Do you actually want to sell houses?? My parents are trying to contact you regarding a second viewing as they are very interested in a property but get no reply.
Getting the first viewing was bad enough as no one could do it for four days? Not because you were busy just because you had no one!? You’ve pretty much got a sale here! Ridiculous
