We spent 4 months wasting our time with this company to be messed about and end up with no property. Sunny was not helpful at all, we constantly had to chase him and he did not work on our behalf to help us. He was rude and the information we were given throughout changed, where we didn’t know what we were doing or make plans for our business. He told us he wasn’t really interested in letting the property we were interested in as it was “small fry” for his National client! After 4 months we decided to walk away and try to find a more professional company to help us get our commercial property. I doubt his client will know how he has dealt with us on their behalf. We’ll be avoiding this company at all costs in the future. Very disappointing.... Read more

The CDA Group Ltd used NG to find additional warehouse premises to supplement our existing warehouse space. Jonathan Seddon presented several options and negotiated hard on our behalf. It was like having a member of your own team working with you. We have also used Richard Brown on 3 occasions to produce a Schedule of Condition for 3 warehouses.
