Excellent communication throughout the tenancy including rapid responses to any issues encountered within the house. I would recommend Nicholas Humphrey’s to be a tenant of as their use of the tenancy deposit scheme and maintenance website made the tenancy comfortable. Our points of contact were Steph and Bradley so kudos to both.... Read more

When we first started thinking about renting out our property, we contacted a few management companies, including Sam at Nicholas Humphreys in Norwich. My husband said that he had a good feeling about Sam and once he arrived and was very patient and helpful with all of our questions and was genuinely happy to help with everything, we quickly cancelled our other meetings as it just felt that this was the right company for us. After our initial meeting with Sam, Steph came over to take some photos and to have a chat with us about the agreement and was again, very helpful and patient with us! She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout and has always been super friendly and responsive. Even bringing us biscuits on a stressful 'key handover day!' She made us feel really calm and couldn't help enough. She is an absolute asset to this company and we would absolutely recommend Steph, Sam and Nicholas Humphreys in general. They are so far the best agent that I have used in recent years, and currently enjoying their first class support services. I was referred to the firm last year when the student letting season was almost over and it took Stephanie Grey just a month to secure new tenants. This is a big feat since other High Street Agents failed to deliver for months!. do yourself a favour, do not use. not student friendly, despite all their claims. despite them checking house is fit for purpose when move in, it isn't, and then take weeks to do anything to resolve the issues. then try all the usual tricks to deduct from deposit at end of tenancy (lots of things needed cleaning, despite no one in house for the year due to covid, and a full clean before handing over - and much better condition than it was taken over from - and them getting full rent for a year). Just seen the response from the owner - do not lie! I said that £24/hr was an ok, if expensive, amount for a cleaner per hour, I did not agree that it was necessary, or the amount of time taken! Apparently a professional cleaner took 8 hours to clean some light dusting in a small 3 bedroom house. Disgraceful, and blatantly lying about what I said when they phoned up to attempt to intimidate me....... Read more
