Paul arrived and with Covid in mind he stated what he would do and what he wouldn't. Such as not touching any surface in the house and he would wear a mask at all times. We are very Covid aware in our house and he passed with flying colours. He knew we were having the valuation today, with a view to a possible move in the future and he still gave us as much info and time as we needed. It was a pleasurable experience.... Read more

From start to finish of the moving and renting process, we were kept very well informed and regularly updated at every stage. Being carried along and supported made it less daunting. We have moved all the way from Newcastle upon Tyne to Norwich and the very friendly and supportive team at Howard's Lettings helped make it painless. The communication was very effective as we had all our questions answered, concerns and even our fears addressed professionally.
