Firstly, I need to apologise that this took me so long to get done!! We moved house at the beginning of November and things have been pretty full on since then!
Anyways, I have to say that during the ENTIRE process, Kate, Jess, Sally, and the rest of the team at North Wall were absolutely amazing!!! From the inital stages of getting our house on the market to the final move day!!
Everything from their social media, communication, and all of the positive attitudes from all the staff in the office made the whole process so much more of a positive experience than I expected!
Anyone who has bought and sold knows how stressful it can be and everyone at North Wall knows this and they acknowledge this throughout the whole process: getting excited with you, and keeping you sane when things are challenging!
I couldn't recommend them highly enough and if i was to move again (I certainly won't be...hahaha!) then I would 100% use Kate and the team again.
Fantastic company to deal with and absolutely wonderful people!

Amazing all round experience with these lovely people! Within a couple of weeks of initially speaking with them our house was on the market. We had one day of viewings and received multiple offers, over asking price and I put it all down to the North Wall team. Fully transparent, responsive and knowledgeable. I am a buyer and have been mainly dealing with Jessica. All the staff at North Wall are so lovely but Jessica in particular went above and beyond with her customer service. She made me feel listened to, she is personable, quick to respond; chasing people she needed to whilst I was on the phone to her ????. She even rang me on her way home so I wasn't left without an answer over night. Jessica, thank you for making me feel a valued customer. You are an asset to North Wall!

Kate and the team at Northwall are absolutely amazing. Selling your house is such a stressful, anxious thing to do, we have felt so cared for and looked after as clients of theirs. They have taken so much of the burden and stress away and made our house sale feel like a breeze. Honestly, the customer service received from North Wall was exemplary...and I wasn't even a customer of theirs! I was in the middle of a particularly tricky chain (with a purchasing agent who was unresponsive and seemingly unwilling to support), and Kate was an absolute superhero! She stepped in, and gave me realistic expectations from further up the chain, with real practical advice which enabled me to advance my position and speed things up when necessary.
Kate went above and beyond the call of duty, and was always at the end the phone to ease the panic with some words of encouragement.
Her proactive and transparent nature provided much needed reassurance at what was possibly the most stressful time of my life.
If/when I move again, I will be reaching out to North Wall, and in particular, Kate Gostelow.
