Northwoods have managed our flat in Edinburgh for over 10 years & we have found them to be brilliant. They have done everything-from supervising & organizing a refurbishment (include all soft furnishings) to the minute every day problems that arise in any home. Northwood manage 5 of our flats and their service is far higher than other property management companies we've worked with. It is helpful that they also sell property so they can provide a comprehensive review and recommendation on the merit of letting versus selling. Corinne has been our main contact and she is always reponsive and goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service.
