Northwood provided an excellent letting service ,they are quick to respond to tenants problems and provide a cost efficient service

We rented at property with Northwood Tamworth and stayed there for 7 years. Andy and Antoinette were our main contacts and were always very polite, courteous and helpful. We rarely had any issues with them, they were always happy to work around me when it came to inspections of the property, even when I worked night shifts and needed to sleep in the day, they would come at a time I requested.
The only negatives I would state was an ongoing problem with our outside tap. They would often send someone to fix it but it wasn’t a permanent fix, therefore the plumber would keep coming back. Also the 3 monthly inspections seemed extreme...
Otherwise it was an absolute pleasure having them as our estate agents and they have always been on the other end of the phone.

Zero customer service skills. They treat tenants like dirt. The owner is creepy and lets himself into tenants properties while they are not there. This under the pretence of an "inspection". Not a clue about regulations. Much better options in Tamworth.

I have been with Northwood for 7 years now i have always had the best experiences with them any problems i have had they have always sorted quickly and efficiently. I can always reach them by phone or email . They are always so kind, friendly and welcoming whenever I pop by for a chat.

After making the decision to sell my house the next one to make is what agency to use. I wanted a professional dedicated caring and friendly team that would assist me in this huge decision.
I could not have picked better Northwoods of Tamworth were all this and more. A team headed by Andy with in no order Antoinette and Andrea guiding me through the process in every step. Answering all my questions in a very professional manner and with fantastic guidance. Because of their fantastic service i used Northwoods to find my next home, this again was done so professionally and outstandingly quick with no fuss. I now rent from Northwoods and i would not use another company. Moving home is an experience that they say is so worrying well not if you use the best Northwoods. I very highly rate and recommend Northwoods. And i can say that if you think this as been written by a friend or member of the team you are incorrect after serving within the Royal Navy for 28 years i know how the team works and this one certainly does what it says.

Very dishonest and misleading. They do not have tenants best interests at heart. If there was a reward for worst estate agent these would win hands down.
