Stunning block of modern, affordable flats for many people via shared ownership or full value. They are very well built, designed with a stunning architecture and décor. They are safe, with great security system in place. They also have concierge for packages and visitors. Every flat has a balcony and access to communal garden as well as the rooftop garden, which has stunning views of London. Beautiful place to live, despite area dynamics.

The fittings and furnishing is great, rooms are well lit but the house area is too small. And the worst bit? Kitchen doesn't have sink! There is a dishwasher but how are we supposed to fill kettles, wash food?

Wouldn’t go near this development or NuLiving. I lost over £1500 in this transaction not to mention ending up in temporary accommodation. I eventually had to pull out due to ongoing delays. NuLiving did nothing to manage expectations. Very stressful and disappointing. I would question the quality of the building. Be very careful if you are dealing with this company. I only gave star because I had to..

Building was expected to be complete in 2019 and people were suppose to have been moved in by now! Been told this since april 2019 by the way. Still getting excuses every friday update that it's not complete. So much stress and inconvenience has been caused to us and to others I'm sure. Havnt even considered how people will struggle Financialy becuase of the delays they are causing.

Blighted by unsafe cladding, so building is currently worthless and regulator refusing to sign off due to safety concerns repeatedly not being addressed. Company evading questions as to who will foot the bill. Many buyers currently homeless for close to a year due to, amongst other things, negligence with incorrectly sized gas piping.

Beware fake positive reviews, people giving references here areas like hackney, Brixton, Tottenham etc in reality the areas might have been gentrified by pushing people out of council homes those been living there for 30 to 40 years and replace council homes to these so called high rise block, only people support these who wants to make money out at the expense of making people(poor) homeless, people who support these kind of so called projects should b ashamed of there disgusting acts!

Hit with major delays. I signed a contract (and gave half of the deposit) to move in end of March 2019, and as it stands, still haven't moved in. They simply keep putting back the move-in date in e-mail every two or three months. I've been told that the current move-in dates are Autumn 2019. Can I trust this? Not really.
The biggest problem is finding accommodation in the meantime. I've been living out of a suitcase in Air Bnbs which obviously takes a big toll on your well-being (and your pocket) if you have been doing it for nearly 5 months. On the other hand, I do not want to sign a contract with another landlord because I don't know how long I'll be there for, and could therefore lose the deposit.
Nu Living should have been realistic with the dates from the start - this would have given people more planning time with finding alternative accommodation. My brother, who works in construction, immediately questioned the crane still being up in February and how this meant that a March move-in date was highly unrealistic.
Let's just hope the long, long wait is worth it.

These flats seem to be very modern but the fact that Barking station is just under...I wouldn't be happy to live there

Ideal location for commuters to central London. More affordable and quality living than some over-rated apartments closer to the city centre. I agree, barking is not the number one living spot on the map today but definitely an upcoming area close to important landmarks like the Olympic stadium, Greenwich and the financial centre of Canary Wharf.

The most underestimated property Hotspot, with all the regeneration coming in it will be transformed in the run up to the next 5 years.
Look what they said about following areas and look at it now:
-Dalston
-Hackney
-Brixton
-Tottenham
Barking will be the future hub!
