We have been really impressed with the professional service received from Ocean. In particular, we found their knowledge of our property went a long way, and the photos used were of a high standard. Jason and Ella have provided helpful guidance and have been extremely responsive. Ella would be kind enough to let us know as soon as the viewing had finished and would keep us updated very regularly; it’s these small touches that make a big difference. Our property went on the market in a really uncertain time but we were very pleased to accept an offer today, within just a couple of weeks of putting it on the market.

I cannot thank Lily Edwards enough for all her help today in helping me to get back my deposit. Talking on the phone is something that creates a lot of anxiety for me and Lily has a lovely manner, polite, courteous, reassuring and got the job done in a matter of hours!

She’s one of the most professional people I’ve come across in a very long time.

Lily consistently goes above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble and her communication and dedication is 1st class.

I personally wanted a estate agent who was well priced, professional, responsive and working for me to get the best outcome. We put our home on the market after an initial consultation with the branch manager Stefano.
I have used ocean in the past. Our house sold on the first day , with a huge client base that over 30 people viewed the property, with over 20 offers. They had a open day which helped tremendously. Every offer was emailed to us, for us to make a choice. Once the offer was agreed it was handed over to the lovely professional Abigail, can’t thank her enough for all her efforts.
5 stars from us, would not use any other agent, they are the best, thanks guys,
