Great experience! We have rented with them for almost a year and was very satisfied with how professional and helpful they have been any time we had any queries or needed help. We weren't renewing our contract with them as we were moving to another city however when we asked for a month long extension they arranged it without hesitation. We had a good experience with the agency throughout our whole tenancy. Emergency repairs were quick, all viewings and visits were announced at least, but usually more than, 24 hours in advance. Even installed an alarm when there were incidents in the neighborhood. For the price I would dare to say, unbeatable. Recommended.... Read more

Important to note: Sales and Lettings share the reviews here but operate independently. The overall score doesn't necessarily portray the correct and accurate review for each area. I have been dealing with Angela in Sales for about 1 year and it's been the most impressive and brilliant experience I've ever had, not just in estate agency but in customer service. Angela is extremely polite, friendly and welcoming by nature. The viewings were organised brilliant. There was always a key to get in the house, access was always checked, I was kept informed while travelling up from Leeds that we had access. I was referred to other properties, i was sent pictures of properties to my phone, regularly updated about valuations, the purchase, questions from the seller.....everything. Amazingly (as this was long distance viewing), Angela even went to a house and filmed a video of the property and took time and trouble to upload it online and show me how to download the footage. It's extremely rare to come across someone showing such a desire to help the buyer and represent the seller in such an outstanding and dedicated way. Angela also organised a referral to a mortgage advisor for me, helped me with legal issues around solicitors, constantly kept in touch and really drove the sale forward. We had been looking at multiple properties over this year time period and right from the start to the end the same level of outstanding service was delivered. This is the first time in a long time (if ever) where I can't think of a single area in which service can be improved therefore the review of 5 stars fails to adequately justify the level of service which was 100% perfection. Please look at the sales and lettings reviews as two entities when making your own judgement. I can't recommend Angela in Sales any higher, by far the best estate agent I'll ever do business with.... Very unprofessional. No help when house was filled with mould. Had issues throughout the entire tenancy. Frequently turned up with no advance warning for viewings and entered my property without consent. I have recieved little to support while dealing with this letting agent, and even been called names for requesting better service. The way I've been treated has been absolutely disgusting and I would never touch this letting agent with a barge pole.... Read more

They offer a very good, personal service in helping you find the right property and do not charge ridiculous rates. I've been renting through them for about 3 years now and the staff are always friendly and willing to help you with any issue, the quality of the flat is generally very good and they are even very reasonable if you slip up on the rent occasionally.
