From the point of sale we have had nothing but problems. They have absolutely no customer care post sale, I was never provided a snagging list and had to conduct this myself. You are required to chase them for months for a small issue as they never contact you and often avoid communication, there is often excuses as to why they can’t sort them now. We are now approaching the end of the warranty period with a list the length of our arms outstanding. We live at the front of a motorway, and we were told that there would be an acoustic fence installed at the point of sale however now are being told it’s not part of the site spec, so there is a breakdown in communication between sales and site teams, over promising and not delivering to get people to buy.

If I could give any advice it would be to find another builder as it’s really not worth the risk.
