I used Oliver Bond to source houses for my staff during the London Olympics. Chris is a quaint but lovable gentleman and he will go the extra mile (or two!) if you gel with him and can live with his somewhat chaotic mind. I thought the entire process in finding over 25 houses was a fantastic experience and I recommend him without hesitation. Also he has some of the best houses in Greenwich!... Read more

They were able to find what we needed and get us in the property in a short amount of time. They were very helpful and provided amazing knowledge about the market and the area. Oliver Bond provided us with a brilliant service right from the offset and throughout our tenancy at our previous residence. We never felt in the dark about any charges and their friendly team worked relentlessly to make us as comfortable, supported, informed and happy as possible. Their genuine concern for our best interests was always apparent and we were certainly in good hands, which was very important to us as first time private tenants. On moving out, our landlord tried to deduct thousands from our deposit for late payment of rent and damages that weren't our fault, but the Oliver Bond team managed to negate these deductions almost entirely. Their services have proved what a massive difference a great estate agent makes to your peace of mind and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move property - Thank you, Oliver Bond!... You may find this review elsewhere as I've added it in a couple of places to ensure that people don't suffer the same experience as I did. The staff member that dealt with me didn't go as far as introducing herself; she barely looked at me in fact. With the consideration that an estate agent is a customer facing representative about to be paid far too much for too little work, she was honestly the rudest and most contemptuous person I have had the displeasure of encountering. Avoid and head to one of the many other estate agents in Greenwich - if they can not even raise a smile or a pleasantry then I can not believe they are worth their salt during any other, more important part of the property buying process. If you think I'm wrong, take a minute to read the many other reviews on the internet, or pop in, I'm sure you'll learn just as quickly as I did!... Read more

Quite a bad experience so far... And have spent just seven days! No responses, cannot contact them through phone, text, voice mails, emails and even through personal visits to their office! Promises many things, but don't keep their word... Let's see how big a nightmare is this!... Read more

Court action was necessary to get my deposit back. They never deposited the money in the deposit scheme, wouldn't asnwer calls etc etc. I would not recommend them AT ALL!!... Read more

These agents are absolutely terrible, and unreputable. We requested a number of repairs in which were promised but never completed, despite much chasing by us. They finally did respond to arrange a time for these repairs, months after we raised the issues, and after we had given notice to move out, but never even did these repairs then. They took over 2 months to return security deposit, despite confirmation from them that there were no issues with damage etc. They made up excuse after excuse for delays, most complete nonsense. Only eventually did they return this after I asked questions about whether they registered this deposit into the Deposit Protection scheme, and we threatened to go to Ombudsman. I have serious doubts whether they actually put our deposit into this segregated account as require by law. I would give them a lower rating here if that was possible, but Pathetic was not an option available. Unprofessional, incompetent, evasive, and dishonest. It is not just one staff member but many, including the principal, who in our experience was the worst! Avoid at all costs.... Read more
