After making the tough decision to sell my property, I then had an even more difficult decision to make in choosing which Estate Agent to list with. Through experience, I knew which agents that I definitely did not want to use and this left me with a handful of options to consider. I met with 3 different Estate Agent representatives and I knew immediately after my consultation with Oliver Chandler that I wanted to use them. Not only do they have many years of experience working in the industry, they also valued my input regarding valuation, the 'process' to take in adjusting to the market and most important of all; the urgency to get my property onto the market. My property was listed the next day! Oliver Chandler gave a genuine and personal service that is lacking in most industries these days, particularly the Estate Agent business. They went above and beyond in dealing with all aspects of my house viewings, sale and purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself and favour and chose Oliver Chandler as your Estate Agent, you will not regret it.

I've recently moved house & as part of that process I selected Oliver Chandler Estate Agents to act on my behalf with regards to the selling of my property. Throughout the whole process Oliver Chandler representatives were informative, professional & very communicative on all details / information with regards to the selling of my property. In addition to the selling of my property Oliver Chandler were also helpful with advice & guidance on the purchase of my new property. In particular, Jamie Maslen (MD / Business Owner - Oliver Chandler) was extremely helpful & took 'real' ownership of the whole process of the selling & buying of properties. This is the second time I have used Oliver Chandler & if need be I would not hesitate to use them again & I would thoroughly recommend anyone who wishes to sell / buy a property to use them. To close....Exemplary customer service all round.

What a create team at Oliver Chandler....they have just sold an unusual house on the railway line for me. Sensible valuation, well researched buyer and regular updates with all staff knowing exactly what was happening. I never write reviews but this agent was outstanding and I would certainly recommend them.

We recently let a property with Oliver & Chandler, the whole process was very smooth and efficient. The staff were delightful, helpful and very knowledgeable on their product. Since moving in, any issues raised were dealt with quickly and without prejudice, making us feel extremely welcome.
I would absolutely go out of my way to let a property from them again in the future if we needed to.

The whole team at Oliver Chandler are brilliant and we received excellent service from start to finish. When Jamie came to value our home, his research and knowledge of the local market was by far the best and we felt we were in safe hands. We were impressed with the way our property was marketed, which included a very professional video, and quickly had a number of viewings with Jamie and Faye. In the course of our sale, as well as Jamie and Faye, Luke and Alex were also friendly, polite, helpful and prompt to return calls and respond to queries. Once we had a buyer, the team did a great job of keeping track of progress and did everything they could to make sure everything went through smoothly. I can't recommend them highly enough.
