When we were initially looking for an estate agent to sell our house, we kept seeing Oliver Reilly boards up on houses around town and I can see why. Oliver came to give us a valuation and we were really impressed by his friendly, non pushy nature unlike some other valuations we had had. Both Oliver and Mel have been fantastic throughout our sale by keeping us regularly updated and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Oliver was recommended to us by a family friend.
Having had several valuations from well renowned, locally used estate agents, it was very apparent on meeting Oliver that to him his job is more than just selling a house.
Throughout what has been a very bumpy process with two sales ( same buyer) unfortunately falling through, Oliver remained confident that we would find the right people.
Within weeks of the second sale falling through, Oliver came to us with a new buyer. We accepted an offer and completed in just over 3 months.
This sale has most definitely not been a straightforward process for Oliver and Mel to manage for a number of reasons but they have both shown huge compassion and empathy in the situation and been so approachable when we have encountered problems.
I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Oliver Reilly Estate Agents for the sale of any property.

My daughter was let down by Newark branch . Misleading advertising on property she was going to buy they said it had uPVC double glazing and garage . Wooden framed windows plus dilapidated garage built of asbestos that needs pulling down and taken away . All Ready to exchange contracts. She has lost thousands thanks to their lies.

What can I say from the day I called to view properties in Newark Mel arranged for me to view 5 properties and on the day gave us 2 more properties addresses to view as we were coming from Bucks.. Mel was so professional and a joy to work with throughout my selling my property and purchasing another...

Amazing estate agents that really care about their clients and work hard to make house moving as stressfree as possible.
Oliver and Mel helped us secure our dream house by selling our house quickly at a great price and liaising with all parties to make sure everything went smoothly. I was a real pain throughout the process because I was desperate to get the house we loved, but Oliver and Mel were always dead polite and helpful and chased the solicitors every step of the way for me.
Couldn't recommend them enough, don't waste your time with anyone else.

Oliver was recommended to me by family and friends and my experience was fantastic. Having never sold a house before myself, I was please to find Oliver was informative and reassuring throughout, he was also incredibly professional and I felt very comfortable asking him any questions I had, no matter how stupid I thought they were! He works exceptionally hard to provide an efficient service and even though there were delays with solicitors, he chased these up on my behalf which was especially helpful with a young family.
Oliver did all of our viewings himself and went above and beyond to help me out when I was away from home, making a stressful and emotional process a lot easier. Always friendly and approachable, nothing felt like too much trouble for him.
I would highly recommend Oliver Reilly if you want a high quality service.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, as cash buyers we were really eager to move in before Christmas. We viewed a property on 20th November and moved in to the house on 20th December. Melody really did make the whole buying and moving experience for us as stress free as possible and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

This was our first time in selling & purchase of a new home. From our initial contact all the way through to exchanging contracts, Oliver, Mel & Owen have been a pleasure. They have always alleviated any worries & most importantly have been truthful and always at hand to answer or chase any queries.
The team always showed professionalism, care, patience & understanding of clients needs. I am a great believer of speaking to someone how you would like to be spoken to & always received a friendly response regardless of how busy they where.
As with most house moves its can be a bumpy road, however Oliver & Mel went over and above to make sure we were happy in our outcome.
Cannot recommend highly enough & would have given 5 stars regardless of our sale/purchase being confirmed, ignore anyone who would say otherwise

Oliver has successfully managed both the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new home. He has gone far beyond the usual boundaries of a normal estate agent. He has been able to balance being the ultimate professional, yet approachable, supportive, forward thinking, problem solving, whilst remaining calm and caring in stressful situations.
