I request every one Mr Raj is fraudster now he change the name of his business he was first Orange estates now he is orange properties. He also give my property without my permission to the students and make fake tenancy agreement ask me to sign it on the rd never give me the copy of tenancy agreement END UP with entire property messed up and get my property back via court MR RAJ eat up my deposit he is LIAR.... Very bad , never use this estate agent, they will steal from you, the guy named rajinder is a thief . and will lie to you , I rented a house from them and they never gave me my deposite back and told me they would beat me up... Read more

Staff named Raj / Rajinder Singh Pandher is a fraudster. He has taken holding amount of £500 from me now he does not want to continue as i requested him to give me a copy of the tenancy agreement before signing it, in reply he said it is a standard agreement. I am sorry but i do not understand what does standard agreement means? He is acting so suspiciously and i am feeling like he is running a scam with all potential / current clients. There are some maintenance issues in the property which i have requested him to fix and he replied we will make a note of it so you will not have any trouble while leaving the property. I am not continuing further with him and taking a legal action against him and his company with all the proofs. If anyone had the same issues like i had, please get in touch with me. I will do every effort to shut his company from running this scam. Raj, if you are in financial crisis please take some help from financial advisers, take loan or raise a charity instead of running a scam. WORK & EARN.... Read more

Orange estates are a nasty piece of work, fraudsters explains them best. i am a landlord with several properties and ended up sub letting one of my properties to them, worst mistake i have made. The main guy who i think is Raj has an aggressive approach to matters. his Side kicks one Khalid about two foot tall, and the Ricky who is from India is even worse. Dont waste your money and time dealing with these agents. They are also linked with several other small indian agents which are not worth the hassle. stay away, clear away as i promise you will have problems with these plums... Read more
