    I am extremely happy with my experience with Orchards. I received a call back from Jamie regarding another property but we ended up seeing and settling on an entirely different property. He asked me what I was looking for and clearly he listened because the house I live in now is perfect! Everything I was looking for - my friends are so jealous. Jamie and Orchards are very accommodating and responsive. I would absolutely suggest working with them if you are looking for a home.

    Registered with them in the morning and was advised I would have a call back to confirm viewings. At 3pm I hadn't heard so I called again to be told 'I can't find you on our system' from what I can only describe as a robot. I confirmed that I had spoken to someone that morning but they were adamant if I had that it would be on their system. Anyhow, I went along with it and booked to see the property I had enquired on. The agent failed to turn up at the viewing and when I called they told me that nothing had been booked in on, you guessed it....there system. God knows what is going on down there but they need to get a new 'system'

    Alys and Mark helped us rent our flat in Chiswick. It was in terrible condition from the previous tenant, but Alys was able to get people to see its full potential. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable in terms of managing difficult tenants, deposit disputes and other admin issues that come up as a Landlord. The fees are higher than others, but they are worth it.
