Alys and Mark helped us rent our flat in Chiswick. It was in terrible condition from the previous tenant, but Alys was able to get people to see its full potential. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable in terms of managing difficult tenants, deposit disputes and other admin issues that come up as a Landlord. The fees are higher than others, but they are worth it.

We first viewed the property over six months ago and despite a difficult market, three fall-throughs on our own property, we finally exchanged today. I have no doubt that without Amy and Orchards' help, this would not have been possible. She and the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with and have kept the process moving even when it seemed as if all hope was lost! Thank you so much, we can't recommend you enough.

I rented my new flat in Acton through Orchards of London, and I'm very happy with it. The letting agent, Jamie, was very professional and quick to respond to all my enquiries. The entire process was smooth. OoL shall be my reference agency for the future.

Orchards was great for us, especially Jamie , our agent, always ready to help, very polite. The house that we finally rent was because of him, in the beginning I didn't want to see the house because it wasn't in the area I was looking for but he convinced me that I should have a look and at the end he was right , I think he was able to understand very well our needs. The only disappointment we had was that the 4 bed very expensive family house we rented didn't have a tumble dry machine and although I should had checked it before I think we were mislead in that issue as the house is at very high standard ( with lots of Miele machines) and it is very unusual a expensive big family house in London without tumble dry machine, they should have told us.
