Amazing. If we didn’t have to pay our solicitor the fees we would have given it to Emma instead! She went far beyond expectations, she chased our useless solicitors who were slow and delayed our completion due to not processing the grant of probate that they were sent in time. Excellent service at an extremely reasonable price . From the initial valuation appointment , through the sales process and on to an offer being accepted Osbournes offered excellent communication, professionalism and a willingness to go the extra mile. They were a pleasure to work with and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling their property - I honestly believe I would still be waiting for a buyer if I had used the other agents in my shortlist. Osbournes gave by far the most professional presentation and valuation and then followed it through all the way to a sale in a short timescale.

Sold my house with Osbornes and could not have chosen a better estate agents. From the first valuation visit through to handing over the keys, the entire team has been brilliant. I have used Osbornes services both when buying and then selling my property. Both experiences have been very pleasant. They have been very professional and knowledgeable but at the same time friendly. As a newbie on a property ladder I’ve had lots of questions and they were always very happy to answer them or find information for me. They were amazing in liaising between me and my buyer. All in all fantastic service! Highly recommended!!!

Found a house, bought a house. From the initial call to completion the the Osborne team were very helpful on my second purchase. Hopefully I won't be buying anytime soon, but you just never know.

My husband & I had a positive experience using Osborne estates to buy our family home. Victoria was fab and as and when we spoke to other members of the team they were helpful and efficient. We don’t plan on moving again but if we did we’d use the services offered at Osborne estates Tonypandy.

I made an offer for a house and made it clear that I was waiting for the money as the mortgage was approved but they became insistent and threatened that they would put the property back on the market. I was very clear from the start. I realized it wasn't a good deal so I withdrew the offer. Unclear agency. Too hasty.
