A special mention and thank you to Georgie Turner at the Sunninghill branch. We visited two properties that i had chosen on the same day and they wern't right for me. Georgie said 'I will have something in a couple of weeks which i think is just right for you'. She wasn't wrong, she has found me a perfect home which exceeds my super high expectations! She has been brilliant in moving things along and I was right to trust her. Superb understanding of what i wanted and then to make it happen and the property is not even on the market!! A real asset to Osborne Heath. i viewed 25 properties with various agents over a 3 week period and i have to say i have only got this property because of her. Brilliant and would highly recommend. Communication and service has been of a very high standard.

We recently let our home out in Ascot using Osborne Heath. I have been delighted with the professionalism of Sam, Kate and Donna on the lettings team who have between them made the process seamless.
We have previously used letting agents to rent a flat we had in London, and we did not receive this quality of service. So we have a good basis of comparison.
The rates are very reasonable for the level of service and we also had a huge amount of interest in the house. Osborne Heath found a lovely couple and their daughter to rent the house for a very decent long period.
We are very happy in the knowledge our home is in safe hands, with a caring, local agent.

What a great local company, Roxanne & Virginia were fantastic throughout my whole purchase cycle always keeping me well informed and helping to move things along the chain. We initially appointed Chancellors Ascot but had a poor experience so we moved to Osborne Heath as they had been recommended. We could tell from our first conversations with Osborne Heath that they had a completely different approach to Chancellors, we immediately felt at ease and felt confidence in the service they offer. We appointed Osborne Heath as the sole agents when selling our house in Ascot and we're really pleased with our experience. Roxanne, Kyle and Virginia were our main contacts and they kept us informed every step of the way. We felt that the valuation they gave was accurate and they explained the valuation based on evidence from recent sales - we ended up achieving asking price which we are delighted about. The communication throughout was friendly, personal and professional, we had pro-active updates after every viewing with feedback. They guided us through the process and acted with genuine care, we would definitely recommend Osborne Heath and will do so!

Osborne Heath were professional and supportive all the way through our sale. At the start of the process, OH organised viewings around our schedules and kept us informed all the way through. They offered sensible advice and once buyers were found Virginia, the aftersales manager, took over. Virginia, remained calm and professional throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend OH.

James, Kyle, Roxanne and Virginia were all absolutely amazing and we are so pleased we chose Osborne Heath to sell our house. The team were professional and nothing was too much trouble. We accepted an offer on our house in the December and in March our buyers pulled out. We were devastated as we didn’t want to lose the property we were buying. James and the team worked swiftly at getting more viewers and in under a week, we had another offer - which meant we could proceed with our purchase. Selling your home is stressful but James and the team support you through every stage. If you are selling your home and want to deal with genuine, considerate and trustworthy people, Osborne Heath are the team to go through. We cannot thank them enough!

Fantastic experience in dealing with the company.
Sales support from Kyle was great - He was informative on each property we viewed and worked so that vendor and purchaser got everything they wanted.
Post purchase support from Virginia was just as good. She worked hard to liaise between solicitors and clients which helped massively smooth out and streamline the process making it as pain free as possible.
With help from the two above we manage to go from viewing to completion in under 10 weeks!
