Absolutely 5star service from Gareth. We are so lucky that we came across Gareth during the course of our housesearch. Infact he has to be one of the best estate agencies around. Gareth comes across as extremely knowledgeable and personable. He made the whole process so easy that it took the stress out of the purchase. There are estate agents in Ashtead and then there is Gareth. We sold through Osgood estates and received outstanding service from beginning to end. gareth always available to help and guide us. Gareth was honest, open and professional during my house buying journey and stood out from the other estate agents I dealt with.
You would never need to call him twice, and kept me fully updated even if it was that he was still trying to get hold of someone!

A true, family run, bespoke firm. Gareth is a genuinely decent man and a real pleasure to deal with. This takes a lot of stress out of what can be a challenging experience. As a buyer I was treated fairly and respectfully by Gareth, who takes the time to make sure realistic negotiations can take place without rushing through or dismissing questions. In a market of blind auctions and being treated awfully as a buyer, it’s good to know it’s still possible to phone an estate agent to talk things through, ask questions and not be fobbed off or ignored! Gareth kindly provided us with a valuation on our property. His knowledge of the local market is unrivalled with years of experience as an agent. He took the time to research our house and similar ones on the market locally and gave us a clear and honest idea of where our house is placed should we decide to sell it. Gareth manages all his valuations, viewings and communications personally so as a seller you know someone with a lot of knowledge about your property will be marketing it, which is extremely valuable in an area like Ashtead which is awash with agents.

Osgood estates were absolutely brilliant and vital in us selling our property. Gareth was professional and always on hand throughout, weather we needed to give him a call for advice or updates about our property he was always available. We would highly recommend. Communication, professionalism and hard work are what really stood out for us. We had issues with other parts of the chain, Gareth went above and beyond in finding out the problem and speeding it up.
