It was a real pleasure working with Jonathon from Our Agents, when buying a house in Northumberland recently. Viewings were well organised with refreshments on offer. Communication was excellent, with regular telephone calls and emails to keep us up to date. Our house purchase was completed in around seven weeks (there was no chain). I would definitely recommend Jonathon to anyone looking for an estate agent in Northumberland.

Just completed a purchase with OUR AGENTS.
Absolutely 5 star service from Jonathan.
From initial enquiry to viewing to recommended legal company then on to completion without a single hitch.
Nothing was a bother at all.
Extra viewings late at night due to my long shifts and speedy replies to any questions I had.

Jonathan sells your home, it’s that simple. Hugely proactive, innovative, flexible and diligent - we were frequently in contact evenings or weekends for example. The communication level and involvement makes for a seamless process, and you can tell each instruction is personal to him, - to get the result that’s wanted in the most effective and efficient way possible.
Beyond that, he’s been really helpful in other aspects of the sale too, such as clearing things out of the house.
It’s not often I’ve ever said it’s a pleasure to have instructed an estate agent, but with Jonathan it 100% has been. Thank you for everything Jonathan.

I can’t thank Johnny enough for the whole selling process. My house was on the market for a long time with another agent, and I wish I had instructed Our Agents from the start. Johnny managed to sell my house over asking price within two weeks when it had been on the market for over five months with the other agent. Johnny is full of helpful advice, is always available and couldn’t be more proactive in the selling process.
