I've been renting from Pace for about 2.5 years. It was my first move into a property with my daughter an it was somewhat daunting but Sara has made me feel comfortable and at ease. If I ever have any issues, she is on the case an it's resolved as quick as possible.
Sara has made sure that our home is in working order an safe an for that, I'm very grateful. She's looked after us and I highly recommend!!

We had been renting our property through Pace for a little over 9 years and the service throughout this time has been superb. Sara, who was our property manager I must say is a credit to the company and has been there for us whenever we have needed any kind of help at all. She is very approachable and goes above and beyond in working with us as tennents whenever any kind of situation arose or where a visit inspection, gas/safety check etc was due and sometimes put herself out to visit when it solely suited us.
We have recently purchased our rented home and are absolutely delighted to finally own our house which has been a dream of ours for a few years now. To be honest the whole process with Pace and the solicitors they very kindly put us in touch with have made it so easy and painless we couldn't of asked for more.

I don't let from this company (and never would) but my neighbour does and we have had their fence panel down for over a year. We have replaced it before as their cats poo in our garden and our young girl is always picking up the poo (Dangerous), plus it smells. Everytime I call they either say its not been reported (I know for a FACT it has) or they will complete in a week (over a year ago). Now there is strong winds another panel of my neighbours has fallen but at the back, where a car park is. Now everyone in the car park can see through to our open plan living area, so now we are exposed to the everyone!!

So don't bother wasting your money to get this company to manage your letting, because they do anything! As a landlord my tenants would never put up with this, so you will lose your tenants going with PACE!

Move in on Saturday, then Just before moving in day late afternoon got email saying sorry it is moved to Tuesday.. I had all arranged to move .. friends to help .. imagine.. I went to agency to speak and ask for keys .. they wouldn’t give.. saying needs to clean. The property we agreed I will move in was empty for month .. nothing needed to be done, as we agreed on email I will refurbish myself.. I asked to give me keys on Saturday as I am not moving and want my deposit back . At the end I didn’t move , as they did want to give me keys- reason the colleague who dealt was off . How strange- what is manager for then .. He can’t make decision..
totally out of order this company. Didn’t even refunded me full amount of holding deposit.
It was in 2019 - hopefully Management changed and no more victims . As due to manager depends how responsible staff to rent out on promised day ..etc
P.S. I have never ever had any issues with any agency and moved few times in my life ..
I will never forget this ..! Shocking disrespectful ignorants - worst agency from my view .
And don’t you dare writing feedback to my review, that you don’t have my name. You might not have as the agency is totally irresponsible, possibility don’t hold any documents , but we all have . I won’t ever forget this , really wanted to move in to this property, but after I stood in office, and how you been ignorant to deal with me .. Why I would sign for Tuesday if you betrayed me on First move in day - no trust !
