We organized a viewing with them. We were shown around the property, which was nice. We were given a fair amount of information about the property and made it clear on the same day that we were interested. The following Monday, I had to chase the agent (who never gave me her name). I was told that she would pass on my details and those of another interested party, to the landlord. She said that she would let me know the final decision either way. The following day, the ad was taken down from Rightmove but I was never given an update about the property. I know it's an implied 'no' and I can take that, but it would have been nice to have been told instead of being ghosted.... Read more

One of the very worst property companies operating in Liverpool currently. Lies, lack of communication and a general disregard for the customer are the basis of this company’s operating model. The lack of any response to any reviews speaks volumes. Would not engage Dominique for anything property related ever again. Avoid at all costs.... Read more

After renting a property on a 1 year lease from park estates I can say with Confidence I will never use their services again. The property was disgusting upon moving in with various cabinets falling off. Top of the kitchen cabinets were caked in thick grease which isn’t to be expected after it being ‘deep cleaned’. My bedroom window wouldn’t close properly not could I open it fully in summer months. This meant the property in winter was extremely cold to the point where I had to wear a hat and sometimes gloves in bed (this is not a joke). We reported this issue 8 times through the winter and either got ignored or told they’d order the key to allow me to lock it shut properly. I’d seriously consider how desperate you are for a property before considering park estates. Embarrassment of a company.... Read more

Inept and lacking moral standards. Untrustworthy, and likely to lie to you to get you to sign. Our house was covered in mold with cheap paint to cover it up when we viewed it but which grew through the paint once we moved in. A certain someone also had an aggressive simpleton boyfriend at the time. Avoid.... Read more

Terrible, terrible estate agents! Had a viewing at 5:30pm so rushed through the rush hour traffic to make it on time only for them to not show up or even call me to let me know. I then had to drive miles home through terrible traffic. Waste of time, don’t use them!... Read more

I have just bought my first home with Park Estates and cannot recommend them highly enough. As a first time buyer on my own I had some terrible experiences with other agents and I had just about given up but then I viewed a property with Park Estates, from the viewing to getting the keys the process was smooth quick and such a lovely experience, Dominique was so responsive and friendly, it made such a difference dealing with an honest local business, they went out of their way to keep me informed and were there with a smile when I got to collect my keys. Me and my husband had a viewing with this agency for 1 of the flats. The agent Dominique was 15 minutes late and was persistent in trying to finish our viewing as quickly as possible. For example, the agent hurried me into the apartment and failed to wait for my husband to follow. She was rude and not professional. She also said to us that property already had 2 offers, but noone told us about it before thr viewing. If we knew someone already applied for this flat a few days before and its about to be taken, we would not waste our time. Avoid this agency.... Read more

Always been decent to me. Friendly service on each occasion I have had contract renewal meetings with them. They do their job as instructed by my landlord... It's not mine or their fault that my landlord is a businessman intent on making as much money as he can without realising the repercussions of his greed on his tenants.... Read more
