Im a sub contract floor layer who does (did) there properties. No communication still awaiting payment for work i did in there lancashire propeties. Iv seen 1st hand the condition of the houses and pics to prove it. Now you had 5 hours to call me and yet again i was promised a call yesterday still nothing. The worst professionals I have ever seen. Tenants they found for my property did not pay any rent months although they assured me to not to worry. In the end Tenants left my property damaged although they are supposed look after my property. Thus, they failed to find me decent tenants, they failed to look after my property. They also failed to sell my property as well. If you are looking for an estate agents to manage your property or to sell your property, strongly recommend you to stay away from this estate agents. I would highly recommend Park Estates to sell your house. If you are as confused as me with all different estate agents out there & not too sure which one to go with as there fees are all different. I am delighted to say after getting 3 valuations from different estate agents i decided to go with Park Estates & i am so pleased I did as I have had a quick sale. I had the pleasure of dealing with Laura and Neil from Park Estate Agent, who pulled out every stop to ensure the sale of my house in Hartlepool went as smoothly and quickly as possible. Laura and Neil are credit to the Estate Agency sector - they both have a genuine desire to give a fantastic service, Laura &Neil kept me updated throughout the entire process and both were always available to answer any questions along the way. I cannot recommend Laura and Neil enough and would always go back to them for any future property transactions. Thanks for making what could have been a very stressful time seem so easy!... Very poor customer service. Had my house up for sale for 4 months with Park Estates. All apart from 1 of the 5 viewings I had, I had to chase up the viewing feedback. We ended up getting an offer via email from David on a Friday afternoon. We then had to write several emails, make several answering machine messages and then speak to several people from Park being told every time we needed to speak with David around this offer. We eventually got to speak with David on the following Monday and then accepted on an offer. Around three weeks later I checked my house on right move to find it no longer showed up as sold and showed up as for sale again. We started to worry so I looked through my emails to find an email from David sent two days earlier saying the punchers had pulled out, this had gone into my spam inbox. I totally understand that people pull out all the time, however I am so angry that no one from Park Estates telephoned me to explain and discuss our options. I have lost £500 for a survey on the property we were wanting to buy, if someone had spoken to me on the day of the news I would have been able to stop the survey and get my money back. I have since taken my property off the market with Park Estates and will be putting it back up with another more professional estate agent in the town.... Read more

Arranged for valuation 11:00am 19/08/17 with David. Rang office at 11:15am to see if he was coming told he was on the other line and will ring back. Rang office again 11:40am asked why I had no call told me he had car problems. Strange having car problems at his desk? Total waste of time don't use them.... Read more

This is the worst letting agent I've dealt with in 10 years as a landlord using agents. Totally unprofessional, lazy and inefficient. Zero communication, zero customer service. Neither the staff nor the managers care if they do good job or poor job. Terrible attitude. I'm sure they're worse with tenants. Do not use!... Read more
