Did a fantastic job of marketing and selling my house, I also found the team very honest and up front which is rare amongst estate agents. All in all a good experience and if I was to sell again I would use parker hall.

I think you can tell a lot about a person when they think nobody is looking-
I have high Regards for the Parker Hall team who are professional and friendly.
However, I cannot say the same for the owner Rosemarie.
We were tenants in a property for sale. We had a good relationship with the owner.
Rosemary was ringing to arrange viewings at short notice and we had to justify why we couldn’t and demanded that someone else to be in. Which we did not do.
She was rude to us both on the phone at separate times and when my husband confronted her about this she said’ her priorities were with the owner and not us’
I take that to mean , as she isn’t earning a commission from us, she can treat us how she likes. Nice.

From the moment we arranged the viewing we knew we were going to be in safe hands. Everyone we dealt with at Parker Hall was very professional but special thanks have to go to Kathryn and Sam for their constant support and kindness as our sale and purchase went through. I would not hesitate to recommend them if your looking at moving.

We had a really poor experience with this business and suffered financially due solely to the owners greed and deceit.I cannot stress strongly enough to avoid this business.
