I had to urgently move apartments due to some safety issues. Jordan Walsh of Parkheath apartment helped me through the process. He was very patient, professional and responsive to my comments. He did a fantastic job! Once I decided on the property, it was very easy to sign up for the lease and the backend office people were also very customer focused. I cannot recommend Jordan and Parkheath enough especially as I am new to the UK and had a safety challenge in my previous apartment so needed to move quickly. These guys are just amazing!... Worst Letting Agent Ever. We moved in to a new flat with the following problems: 1. Rusty dishwasher and washing machine 2. Cracked window (it wasn't cracked during viewing) 3. Bedroom was full of ladybirds 4. Part of the agreement was to remove the bed but it was still there when we moved in. After 5 days, they have done nothing. They don't respect our money as they said "The crack on the window is minimal". In addition, there wasn't a single point of contact for these problems.... Read more
