Viewed a property over a month ago and no one has called me to to follow up, I am still waiting for c all back to arrange a viewing on a property since early December, poor communication and didn’t seem interested.

Don’t agree with one star
Don’t sign any property with out getting Property license checks and certificates for all parts of the house from landlords to safety inspection because we had house from 5 years of hell with them not doing the checks the landlord was not licensed and no planning for the property they did not check the law with the Electric supplier? As was cash for landlord not by law
Damp in every room and water leaks from Bodman and landlord and if u watch any scum landlords on tv his one of them thanks to this company so please be careful and do your own research in the place b4 signing
So on the 27th dec dps emailed me to say on the 20th December I agree to pay £750 over to a the landlord what I did not and I will not get any money back from them for this how sign a key over to not get the deposit back hmm don’t touch this company as they only here for the scum landlords they don’t do there checks and scam people with poor housing

The staff in the sales department are far and away among the best I have encountered. Josh Gray is outstanding and his unfailing optimism was never dented when a dilettante couple declared at a late date that they were pulling out. Josh brings a good level of professionalism as well as humanity and practicality to what must be, at times, a daunting role. He is aware that each and every sale involves human beings at a very trying time in their lives. Ruth Potter is cut from the same cloth: always reliably efficient and highly professional with that mix of patience and understanding that makes this property sales dept outstanding in an often variably field. I don’t know what I would have done had they been different from how they are

I purchased my property through Roger Parry, the process from start to finish was a breeze, Ruth who was helping me throughout the process was so helpful, kept in touch regularly, assisted in mediation between the solicitors on both sides and was very helpful with recommending local areas as I was not familiar with Telford.
I would definitely recommend RP&P, and will most certainly return if/ when I come to sell.
