Long gaps in contact from the agent. I found that I was repeatedly asked for information that I had supplied when I initially placed the property on the market. After 40 weeks I felt it was time to try a different agent.

We would like to thank the whole Archer & Co team from initially putting in offers, to then going through the complete buying process. When things seamed to be slowing down, one phone call and they always new how to smoothly move the process on. Moving home in our experience can be really stressful everybody at archer & Co have our appreciation .

Was very impressed with them. Brochure was excellent and included an aerial photo done with a drone. Great video of the property as well. Loads of viewings were pencilled in + loads of people looked at the property on Zoopla etc. House sold within 5 days.

The Team at Archers have been great and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have always kept me well updated on viewings and their bookings confirmation system meant I knew exactly what was happening. They have certainly taken the stress out of selling my house! Thanks Abbie and staff.
