LIAR & COWARD....... After knowing Avtar Halaith for 30+ years, I rented my property which was my previous home for a number of years via Paul Jacksons. In November 2019 my property had been boarded up by West Midlands Police due to a raid. I was not informed. Finally I was able to gain access to my property to find that is was being used as a Marijuana Farm. MY property had been completely damaged, every room was being used to grow Cannabis. I made several attempts in contacting Avtar regarding this, via phone, personally going to his place of work, email and text. He finally got in touch and agreed to contribute a small amount of money towards the cost of getting the house back to a habitual state. After borrowing money from friends and family the work finally got done which took 3 months plus due to the state the house had been left in. Since February 2020 I have tried to contact Avtar on a daily basis for over 8 months and to date have heard nothing from him. Following Police Investigations it appeared that several tenants had moved in and out of my property over the years yet I was never made aware of any changes. After having my property rented via PAUL JACKSONS for 14+ years, I was devastated to have been treated the way I was. I have attended the Oldbury Paul Jacksons and again got no where. I was never given any property inspection documents despite being told they had been completed, so couldn't apply via my insurance. I would not advise anyone to use PAUL JACKSONS as they are a complete let down. I believe Avtar had some part to play in what the property was being used for!!! He is a LIAR, COWARD and DISHONEST person. I have uploaded just some pics of how the property was left.... Read more

Zero customer service, nobody bothered to call you back or they just put you on hold forever and then disconnect. When you ring back they put you again on hold straight away or dont answer at all. The grumpy lady who answered the phone just said you need to speak to somebody else and just transferred without asking if i have time or if i mind to be on hold for 30mins!! Do not reccomend at all... Read more

Beware of this fake company, they made me a fake contract with fake address of real estate, like for the previous tenant. They stole my £520, but instead they gave me a house with bed bugs, which I left after 5 days. They're not going to get my money back, so I'm waiting for them to Court.... Read more
