I don’t recommend it for any student out there in Brighton. Once we moved into the new house, the previous tenant’s stuff is still there in the house. The landlord didn’t even clean the house right after they left, as the bin was full. It has been a month since we moved into the house and we still haven’t heard a response back from the landlord. We keep contacting Pavilion Properties about our concern but they just don’t seem to care.... Read more

Probably the worst letting agency ever. If there was a zero rating I would give it. A complete lack of customer service or care for their student tenants and failure to deal with a multitude of issues (including black mould) with their very poor quality accommodation, at rip off prices. There needs to be a way to hold companies like this accountable.... Read more

During the last few months I have been struggling to find a studio or flat that would take an ex student that is 22 and now works full time however after talking to Josh he had helped me not only find myself a studio but has been beyond helpful when it comes to my questions and enquiries knowing it is my first proper experience at renting. I have been letting from Pavilion letting for a long time, they have been nothing but helpful, reliable and fast acting if there is any problem no matter now big or small, the staff are friendly and approachable and always willing to listen to any questions you may have for them from the accounts team to the maintenance they are always at the end of the phone if needed . I will always suggest Pavilions if my friends are looking to rent as they have been nothing but great.... Read more

This is the first bad review I’ve ever written and if I could give 0 stars I would. We were tenants with Pavilion for 3 years and were always reliable and considerate tenants. We eventually had to move out our flat which we loved because they wouldn’t see to an issue that made the flat unliveable. Outside of this situation even when we had needed basic maintenance sorted with the property Pavilion were slow and sometimes impossible to get a hold of. We often had to repeatedly ask for issues to be seen to and sometimes they would just not see to the issues at all. Communication was terrible, managing agents lacked integrity, care and empathy. Avoid these people like the plague - they’re money hungry and do not care about their tenants at all.... Read more
