Quite frankly, if I could write a zero star review I would. I’ve never encountered an estate agency as unbelievably unreliable as this one. They fail to respond to any calls or emails, even in regard to urgent matters, and on the rare occasions where I have actually spoken to someone, they were unhelpful and downright rude. A complete and utter let down to us as tenants - would absolutely NOT recommend.... Read more

This quite possibly has to be the worst estate agents in the country. whatever reviews that state this service is anything other than appalling has got to be a fake review. it has now been 9 month since I have moved out and still not received my deposit. they have refused to answer calls, emails, their shop is never open, and even when it is there is no one there to talk to, the only person there essentially refuses to engage with anyone who has any queries. they have cancelled numerous meetings and on one occasion they just didn't even show up and locked the shop for the day (it was a Wednesday at 11am btw).
After going through the statements of payments we'd made into their account it was discovered we're overpaid by a good £500 yet they still claimed to be owed £600. after all our statements and proof of overpayment had been collected and sent to them they have gone completely dark. they won't answer calls, voicemails, emails, meetings or face to faces.

Please do not use Pavilion Property. The service is appalling and has been non-existent for the last 6 months. I am currently trying to transfer my property to a new management company and Pavilion have failed to identify where my tenant's deposit is and do not answer phone calls or emails. If someone does occasionally answer the phone they can never answer any questions about why the rent is late again!... Read more

I highly doubt these 5 star reviews are true. They state that the Pavilion are being helpful through the pandemic, but this couldn't be more false. They have left us and our neighbours in the dark for almost 3 months, they haven't responded to a single email or phone call during this time which has forced us personally organise and pay for any maintenance currently needed on the house.
I would like to state that these current issues are not the only problems we have faced with this estate agency, since we have moved in close to two years ago, we have persistently experienced a lack of communication, unprofessional service and neglect.... Read more

This company is a scam. The service is so bad and they have almost killed us with their negligence over carbon monoxide concerns and lying to us about an initial gas inspection. They have now disappeared off the face of the earth and are ignoring every attempt at contact. According to their records on Companies House they are as of 31st of March 2020 heading towards a strike-off in which all their assets would be taken away from them. Horrific company, so bad at their jobs it's hard to believe. Arrived to a filthy house and ever since it has been problem after problem. Each time you think it can't get worse it somehow does.
They hardly respond to emails, so you are forced to call only for them to say "put it in an email so we can sort it." They come round without the notice they are legally supposed to give.... Read more

The worst experience I have ever had as a landlord. Payment always late. I lived a long way from the property. During a void period, Paul Skeats, Director of this concern, moved a tenant in without telling me.I only found out later through a neighbour. We have been living without hot water and heating in our property for the past two weeks. Pavilion Property has ignored 5 different emails and multiple phone calls. We are currently considering taking them to small claims court for their refusal to communicate with us and their complete failure as landlords to fix our boiler. I write this in January 2019, as I'm sure I don't need to explain further the weather is freezing, and having no hot water or heating makes our house uninhabitable. I would avoid Pavilion at all costs. Reading other reviews on here my only regret is not checking before we signed with them, learn from our mistake.... Read more
