Vanted to visit them on Saturday, came 11.30am, and they were closed? I guess they just close whenever they want. And on the phone they were very unprofessional.

I Would never use or recormmend Payne’s estate, I have a few issue., 1, none or little feedback, 2, not telling potential buyers that certain times were not convenient,Which then led to them turning up a viewing,not answering emails, and when told we were taking our property of the market they didn’t acknowledge us and the sign is still up.

I purchased a house through Paynes (Daventry office) last October and was really impressed with how they handled the entire process. I'd had a terrible experience with another estate agent months earlier. It was me vs the estate agent! They were pushy, unhelpful and made the whole process extremely stressful, needless to say that particular purchase fell through.

Paynes were the complete opposite, it was so refreshing to deal with helpful, friendly people. Susie handled my purchase and I honestly felt that she was always acting in the best interests of both parties. The whole process, from first viewing to completion went smoothly. Susie kept things moving along without any pressure or stress. Any queries or concerns I raised were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. Occasionally, I spoke with other members of the team and found them to be just as helpful and friendly.

Would highly recommend Paynes for your next property transaction!
