We've been with PDQ Homes for roughly 2 years, and it hasn't been a smooth ride at all. Lots of cheerful promises at the start about how easy it would be to let out our house, followed by over half a year of nothing. Eventually they did find a tenant who stayed for barely a year before departing under mysterious circumstances we were never fully informed of by PDQ Homes. Several months without a tenant followed and then, at the start of 2017, a new tenant (which we provided for PDQ Homes as they seemed unable to do this themselves) moved into our house and we thought perhaps things would get back to normal. Unfortunately, it was around this point that PDQ Homes stopped bothering to pay the rental income they received from our tenant into our bank account each month. We've had to chase them for unpaid rental proceeds for the past six months and now are initiating legal action against PDQ Homes for this and breach of contract.
