Sam has been super helpful. He found a new tenant for my flat in just one day and was very polite and present throughout the whole process. Having searched the area for a 2 bedroom flat with other agents, we came across Peach, just at the top of Bricklane. Sam kindly booked us in, to see a number of places which matched our criteria. Not only did Sam listen, but he was very pro active with his approach and throughout our search. What we found different about Sam, is that he was an expert on the area, he knew his stuff...yet didn't come across 'Agent'y' if that makes sense.
