CEILING COLLAPSED ON ME BECAUSE OF THEM! DON'T WORK WITH THEM! I have been living in my house for 10 years. Just a year and few months ago our old agency have left and our landlord started working with this agency. That is when so many of the problems occurred. There was so many problems around the house and they never came to fix it and they didn't even tell the landlord about the problems. I only found out about this after contacting the landlord after few months of these problems occurred. No one came too fix anything. For example, I called them up to say there is an electric problem with few of the lights in the kitchen and the response I got was "It's okay, you should come and see our office. Our 6 of 10 lights are not working we just work with 4 lights." and they still haven't fixed it. During this time, the kitchen was leaking when it rained a lot. They haven't fixed that aswell. And one of the bedrooms wall made huge bubbles and water started coming down the wall when it rained, they didn't do anything. Then in the same bedroom we could hear water dripping inside the ceiling, we reported this straight away just like we did with the previous problems. They responded to me saying "The landlord is still thinking about the problems, we can't fix anything without confirmation". And while all these events occurring, the time passed like 6 months. One night when I came home I saw the bedroom ceiling painting made huge bubbles, you could clearly see there is so much water in it. Then I called them up they said to me they can't do anything for now until they find someone to come and fix it. I emphasised that it is really urgent but his answer didn't change. Then I called the landlord she sent someone to check it up on next day. The guy came and said the bricks outside has 'rotten' they need to be changed thats why there is water leaking. He said he will let the landlord know. Next morning the bedroom ceiling bubble became huge and paint popped there was so much water leaking, we put a bucket under it and we had to empty it 3 times. Later on during the day around 3pm while i was in the room I saw the ceiling cracked, but I thought it was going to leak again from other part of the ceiling so i ran so fast to go get the bucket (15 seconds maximum) then when I entered the room I saw something like a whole huge bubble but I didn't realise that actually was the plaster of the ceiling. That second the ceiling collapsed on me. Hit my head, shoulder, leg and feet. Had to go hospital urgently. I called the landlord straight after it happened. Then next day someone came to repair it but they just closed to hole by putting up a plaster there. They left it like that. Its been 2 weeks right now and they still haven't fixed anything. I can see the light from the ceiling when people living upstairs turn their rooms light on. And aswell as all of these they gave us a notice saying they want us to leave the house without showing any reason. And when I call the agency they don't answer. When I call the landlord they don't answer. HORRIBLE! DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THIS AGENCY.... Read more
