Overall, my experience was good. The feedback from agents' viewings was especially good and prompt and there were many viewings. However, as the original price guide was far too inflated, it took 6 months to sell the property and I had to reduce the price by some 16%.

I was dealing with a sale of a property for my deceased friends family and I cannot praise Gareth and his wonderful staff enough . They were very helpful in all aspects of the sale. They were always available to answer any queries from start to finish and made dealing with a sad sale so much easier . Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend them and cannot thank them enough .
