Hadn't planned new build and heard so many negative reviews. Furlough and Covid lead me to help to buy. Totally sceptical and anxious and thinking it may only be the start of my problems! Needn't have worried house is amazing, obviously not perfect as nothing in life is!! Was given a 7 day snag form to email to customer services but had a contracts manager here to check I was happy. Had 1 snag and it was purely cosmetic and was sorted the next day. Found a couple of other minor things since but the lads on site and foreman, James couldnt be more helpful and are very professional and friendly. From taking rubbish away and the little things they dont need to do but mean a lot when you have no bins, house upside down and generally stressed. Recommend Peesimmkns Heritage Green 100% ????...
