I have bought 4 new build properties over the years from Wimpey, Redrow and Laing. All which were flawless. I have now tried to buy 3 properties through Persimmon all which have fallen through at great expense to myself. This is due to Persimmons constant lies, changing deadlines and breaking promises! All I can say is STAY WELL CLEAR OF PERSIMMON as they are absolute cowboys!! My friend actually purchased a house through them and has had nothing but problems with the build quality and stated trying to get Persimmon to rectify even small issues was like trying to draw blood from a stone! There are far better builders out there, who will actualy care about their customers instead of feeding constant lies!!... Read more
