We purchased a Copwood from Jessica at Persimmon, who was excellent in helping us though the process. Although we had a couple of teething issues when we moved in the overall feeling is that they are looking out for us. So far we love the new house and couldn't have been happier with the move.

We had a very positive experience buying our persimmon home from start to finish. As first time buyers, it was a nerve wracking experience but our sales advisor Jessica made the experience stress free and kept us updated throughout the entire journey! We received weekly build updates, photos and videos of our home during the build process which was so lovely. Jessica communicated with us right up to the date of completion, which eased our nerves entirely. Post completion, the site manager Lee couldn’t have been more helpful. Any snags were resolved immediately and he often makes contact to check that everything is okay. Lee made a conscious effort to make sure our house became our home, which is exactly what has been achieved with his help. We would definitely recommend persimmon, Stortford Fields.

Purchased a souter property from Persimmon homes. Excellent customer service received from Jessica in the sales office from the start of the build till completion . Although there was a delay in the build due to a manufacturer issue, Jessica went above and beyond to provide frequent updates, pictures and videos throughout. We have also received great after care. Snagging is expected in a new build but 4 weeks into moving in, majority of the snagging work has been completed promptly. Overall we are pleased with the service from Persimmon and our new home and wouldn't hesitate in purchasing again from them.

Defects in my property were illegal, should not have been signed off. pipes still protruding from the garden upon handover and over 100 defects.. 7 months down the line and still not fully resolved! very poor quality. Shame as the sales team made the whole purchase virtually painless to be let down by the finish

We are absolutely disgusted with the way were treated because of covid 19 we list our buyers and because of this persimmons took our £2000 and our new house and sold it to someone else we should have had a chance and been given longer as covid 19 is not our fault we will never buy a new home from them and will spread the word to whom ever we know
