Avoid!
Constant issues with the properly and the landlord never wanted to pay for any repairs. Damp, leaks and contact mold all year round with the advice to ‘open windows’.
Since moving out, I am getting ignored with no one willing to help. Very unprofessional and says a lot about a company.

Wow - Great service. Sold our house for FULL asking price in a week, only advised us of buyers who were ready to move and in a good chain position - They are great agents to work with, especially Ray - he offers avery professional service, great photos, and constant communication which other previous agents just simply lack! Very highly recommend!

Dealt with Josh and Paul, Josh showed us around a property his customer service is outstanding and he came through with everything he had advised us. Ray has been wonderful throughout the whole buying process. I am a first-time buyer, with a busy job and moving from another area, so the experience could have been daunting. However, he made the whole process smooth, with his friendly and extremely pleasant, helpful manner. He remained patient and was flexible; always getting back to me quickly and explaining things clearly, as well as liaising with Solicitors etc to sort out any issues. Thank you Ray for your hard work and assistance throughout. It is greatly appreciated. I would also like to add that each time I have called the office, I have found the staff to be very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Ray and Pestell & Co. for anyone requiring an Estate Agents that is professional and responsive.
