Not good at all. Found the house dirty when I first moved in, only slept in the house 3 times, and left cleaner than I found it, still got charged for things I was not responsible for/ or never used.

I had to take a moment to note the deeply frustrating and inept service we have had from Peter Ball. I phoned to ask about viewing a property for sale on Keynsham Road last month and spoke to a certain agent in person, who was meant to find a suitable viewing time that week. I asked him to please email rather than phoning, because I was about to leave work and would not be on my phone for a while, and I said I would email back to confirm which times would work for us.
I never heard back from this agent until a week later, when, without further email or phone contact, he sent me an automated message noting that I had been removed from the agency's mailing list!
We are still looking for a place, and have had much more professional service elsewhere, but this has been enough to simply avoid looking an anything listed with Peter Ball in Cheltenham.
I have to hope this is some isolated case and that this feedback will be helpful, but our time is precious. Caveat emptor in this case!

I have to say I owe peter and ball and apology. I was unhappy with a situation I found myself in. Lived in brook bank close and had a awful time about our parking space ( kept getting tickets despite the space coming with our flat) I was unhappy about the time it took to get this sorted and the stress it caused. At the time I felt they where very bad at what they do. However compared to the Letting agent I'm with now (Mac Lettings) they where saints. Wish I'd never made such a big deal over something that I could of let go. Unlike my current Letting agent they never entertered my property with out consent and took issues with the property onboard. Sorry peter and ball.

We viewed what is now our new home on a dark, mid afternoon in early January 2020. It was love at first sight, or perhaps 26th sight, as it was the 26th house we had viewed. It was too late that Saturday after for the agent to really get our immediate offer moving. But on the Monday morning they flew into action. Their charming, easy-professionalism made us feel confident in the entire thing. The purchase went through without a hitch and for that I really do believe Jonathan Richards deserves the credit. He kept communication flowing, nothing was too much effort...and now we're in he's even been kind enough to recommend some local tradesman. Moving is stressful, and anyone who says it's not is lying. But if you can, make it easy on yourself and buy your home from Peter Ball & Co in Tewkesbury. It'll be smooth, I promise.
