I have been renting our flat out since about 2011 and I can attest to the efficiency in Dexters (previously Peter James) with getting tenants back to back between tenancies or within just a few weeks at best when empty. The Estate agents at Dexters are all professional, friendly, fair and balanced between tenants and landlords. Both landlords and tenants can trust to have their needs full filled. I have known Jack since about 2015 and he and his team have always been on top of their game with the fulfillment of tenancies. The speed in which Jack has had tenancies or a choice of tenants to choose has been helpful in ensuring no voids at best. Not surprised to learn he is now the Director at Dexters previously Peter James. Not only one massive congratulations to Jack Dixon but both tenants and landlords will not be disappointed with Dexters previously Peter James, Jack or his team @ Dexters.... Read more
