Unprofessional company - Booked into to see a property in Ely and booked time off work tfor it. Only cancelled our viewing because we realised the Property was taken off rightmove- called and they said it had already been taken.
If a prospective tenant is booked in and taking their time to come view a property, its courtesy to let them see it before a decision is made on who gets offered the property.
Both Cheffins and Lemon lettings estate agencies in Cambridgeshire have allowed us to see properties before decisions have been made and been far more professional.
Go with other estate agents not Peter Michael who evidently only care about making profit over offering good customer service!... Read more

We saw a property come up on the Monday night when it had just been added. Phoned up at 09:01am on the Tuesday morning to register interest and arrange viewing, was told I’d hear back what time the viewing would be on the coming Saturday. Hadn’t heard nothing so called back only to be told I’d missed the viewing on the Thursday? And a message had been left on my voicemail? Asked what number the voicemail was left with, which wasn’t any of the 2 I had given him. Then was told the house “has been given to someone else as we missed the viewing”. I tried to arrange a viewing of a property. Got diverted to a company called OneDome. I had to register with them to book a viewing. So I did. No viewing was arranged for me and this company proceeded to spam me selling their services. My advice? Choose your affiliations wisely. This one doesnt seem concerned about your services at all....
