We secured a property and sent a holding fee, but then heard nothing back from the agency. When we eventually called, they informed us that we didn’t get the property because the landlord had gone private, but they also mentioned that someone else had paid more—one of these explanations is clearly a lie. We received no communication from them, and if we hadn't called, they wouldn't have even processed a refund of our holding deposit. It was a terrible experience.... Read more

I've been trying to get information about a property I'm interested in for 3 days, but each time I call, no one is available at the office from lettings. They say they'll call back when he returns but they never do. I also sent an email which has been ignored. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a property agency. I'm surprised they can still exist if they ignore potential customers. I would give 0 stars if I could.... Read more

I have been a landlord with Peter Michael Estates for around 12 years and have nothing but high praise for the support that they have given me. I do not live near my flat and so I paid for them to manage it (maintenance and rent collection etc). It was the best decision I made as they helped me through some incredibly difficult situations from: tenants leaving my flat in an absolute mess, hassling from tenants (calling me non-stop and leaving me threatening messages when I was unwell with cancer), solving a leak from the flat above into my flat and all of the other difficulties in between that can come about from owning and renting a property. They have been nothing short of amazing. If you are considering renting out your flat I would 100% recommend them. Friends and family use other estate agents to manage their property but do not receive the same 5 star service that I have and wish they lived closer to Peter Michael's so they can also use them. I have now sold my flat (and they even helped me out with getting my flat ready to be sold e.g decorating etc). I cannot fault them. Now my flat is sold it will be very strange to not be talking to them anymore but I am so grateful for all they have done to help me. Thank you ????...you have gone above and beyond!... Read more

Very poor service attitude. When I made an appointment to view the house, I was quickly inspected without waiting for me ? Just go and greet the next house-viewing guest. He told me he would contact me later. When I got home, I contacted the agent and said I wanted to go forward. He told me he is happy that and he would send me an email for more, but he only sent a few questions. I answered all the questions, and still haven't received any reply.... Read more
