During my 16 week contract my house didn’t receive any viewings but I don’t believe this was entirely due to the estate agent even though the photos were rubbish It was over Christmas and ofcourse there was Brexit, I believe my initial asking price was too high but when I declined to lower the price in December I didn’t receive any more calls from the estate agent and I left the contract in February... Would never sell or buy through this agent. Unable to organise viewings. Call backs not fulfilled and had to chase agent multiple times. Agency lies and denies advice or statements made. Do not trust this agency. Thier actions could harm the sale of your property. Have reported thier misconduct The Property Ombudsman.... Read more
