We recently purchased our first home with Philip Martin. All the staff were extremely helpful, informative and friendly, specially Aaron Davey. As first time buyers, we were totally clueless with the whole process but Aaron was always on hand to answer any queries and guide us! He was kind enough to help solve some hurdles along the road which made the whole process stress free for us!
We will certainly be in touch with Aaron again when we come to sell our property to find our next home.

I couldn’t have asked for a more professional service from James with regard to selling my property. His conduct was professional and helpful from start to finish. We purchased our cottage in Truro through Phillip Martin. We rarely do reviews but felt it was our duty to verify how good they are. Sean Johnston kept us constantly updated and the professionalism was above and beyond. We are very glad to have found such a company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

As novice house sellers I can't recommend Philip Martin more highly. We had a lower value property yet we were treated professionally with time and care was taken to get the details and pictures just so. The property sold after the first viewings but the support never stopped and Alice was always on the end of the phone whenever I had a query or the inevitable snag aroise holding my hand every step of the way.
