Stay away from them I got scammed by them!!! I moved from the US to London for a job last year and had no idea how the letting market here worked. So I saw this add posted on zoopla by them letting a one bedroom flat in dolphin square. So I went and signed a contract through them with a person called Terry and paid them 500 pound service fee. Before I signed the contract I asked if dolphin square allow subletting, the agent Kim promised me they do. I also transferred her over 2000 pound deposit which she said she would put in a third party account. So I signed one year contract with them and have been paying this Terry person about 1700 pound per month for the last 8 months. A while ago dolphin square suddenly contacted me saying they do not allow subletting, and this Terry has not paid them a cent since I moved in. I'm not a legal occupant this whole time and they've taken him to court and as a result I was forced to move out within one week time. I've been trying to contact their office and Kim ever since and they never got back to me. I still haven't got my deposit back. I do remember when I went in their office to sign the contract Kim telling me this Terry person was her personal friend and when I firstly moved in to dolphin square she told me to not go to the dolphin square office to change the title officially as that would cost me extra money. How gullible I was and what a scam!! I have all the evidence and I'm taking them to court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.... Read more
